Modern Wedding Venue and Convention Space Announced in the Heart of Downtown Manitowoc

MANITOWOC, WI – June 8, 2021 – The heart of downtown Manitowoc will soon be home to a full-service event space for hosting wedding ceremonies, receptions, corporate events, conventions, holiday parties and more. The latest venture by Brennan Seehafer of Brennan Seehafer Productions and The Wharf Manitowoc will be located in the newly renovated Union Square complex at N. 7th and York Streets and is expected to open September 2021.

The beautiful 5,000 sq. ft. venue will accommodate up to several hundred guests, featuring a modern urban industrial vibe that preserves the original cream city brick walls, high ceilings, and exposed beams. The historic beauty of the space will be accentuated by the natural light of new skylights, creating a picturesque atmosphere. Additional features for a successful event include a bar, fully loaded technical equipment for sound and lighting, and a large prep kitchen.

The flexible space of the chic industrial warehouse venue is ready to customize to the desired setup of wedding ceremonies, receptions and other special events. Brennan Seehafer and his team, with a combined 20+ years experience in the wedding industry, offer wedding planning and coordination services to make each event special, memorable and flawless.
